A. General
The visitor of the Website www.q4u.gr (hereinafter, the “Website”) operated by the company Q4U, which has its seat in the Municipality of Athens, Greece (8, Achaiou str.) (hereinafter, “the Company”), fully accepts the terms outlined here below and acknowledges that he/she will be bound by such terms every time he/she visits the Website. The Company has the right to modify the said terms any time by announcing the said modifications through the Website. Any use of the Website after such modification is announced, shall be considered approval of this modification.
Through the Website, the Company provides the visitor with the possibility to be informed about the Company itself, or in relation to matters relating to the Company’s object of work.
B. Access and Use of the Website
The access to the Website is provided upon initiative of the user, not of the Company.
The user is solely responsible to possess the necessary infrastructure equipment (hardware), software, telephone or other communications equipment and any service that is necessary to gain access to the Website.
The Company does not warrant, expressly or otherwise, that the Website and the underlying software is free of viruses, errors and other harmful elements (particularly «worms», «Trojan horses», etc.) and is not liable for any damage caused to the above user's equipment, software or files, as well as for any damage the user may suffer from these causes.
The Website must be used exclusively for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not restrict or prevent its use by others. The user is obliged to act in accordance with the law, morality and the present terms and shall not commit any acts or omissions that may cause damage or malfunction of the Website and/or the Company.
C. Intellectual Property
For the purposes of the present document, the term “Intellectual Property” shall mean any right on copyrights and industrial property, such as patent, right on patent or utility model, submission of application regarding a patent or a utility model, or right to submit an application regarding a patent or a utility model, intellectual creation of word and art, moral right and parent right, a commercial secret, a trade-name, a distinctive feature of commercial enterprises and activities, right as regards the business, the ‘know-how’, pattern, sample, web-page pattern, internet domain name, computer’s program, material and immaterial proprietary information and procedure, algorithm, mathematical formula and any other immaterial right of that kind, whether submitted or not.
The whole content of the Website, such as, indicatively, the trade-name, the trademarks, distinctive titles, texts, photos, pictures, graphics, drawings, video, sounds etc., is intellectual property of the Company or third party providers and is protected by national, European Union and international law, as in force from time to time. The user acknowledges the intellectual property rights of the Company and its third-party providers on the above data contained in the Website.
The use of any of the marks and distinctive features of the Website and the Company is forbidden. It is forbidden, without the prior written permission by the Company or its providers, in whole or partly, to sell, copy, modify, republish, and reproduce or to exploit in any other way, data of the Website, which constitute a right on intellectual property of the Company or its providers. Exceptionally, it is allowed to partly copy, print or save any of the aforementioned data, provided the distinct reference to their source and that the data will not be used for commercial purposes.
D. Links with other web-sites – Advertising Banners
The Website provides access to web-sites operated by third persons through links, and promotes advertising banners of other web-sites for the convenience of the user and without their posting being a sign of endorsement or approval of their content by the Company. In no way will the Company be held liable for the content and the quality of the products or services provided by the said web-sites to which the Website provides access or which (web-sites) provide access to the Website; in particular, the Company will not be liable for the policy adopted by these web-sites in relation to the protection of personal data and confidentiality. If the visitor/user of the Website decides to use, through its links, any of the third party web-sites, he/she accepts that he/she does so on his/her own responsibility.
E. Cookies and Web Beacons
In the context of the visitor’s/user’s communication with the Company through the Website, the Website may gather identification details of a visitor/user by using technologies such as cookies, and/or monitoring Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. The cookies are small text files (txt) that are saved by the Company’s server on the computer of each visitor/user and are used in order to effect or facilitate the transmission of communication between the visitor/user and the Company through the Website and for the whole duration of the user’s/visitor’s navigation to the Website, as well as to facilitate the access of the visitor/user to certain pages of the Website. These data may also include the type of browser used by the visitor / user, the type of computer, operating system, Internet service providers and other relevant information. Moreover, the information system of the Website automatically collects information about the sites visited by the visitor / user and about the links to the websites of third parties which may be chosen by using the Website. The cookies cannot access any document or file stored in the visitor’s/user’s computer nor can they access personal data of the visitor/user. The visitor/user of the Website can adjust the settings of his/her web browser in order to be warned for the use of cookies in certain cases, or in order to block the use of cookies at all times. In the case that the visitor/user of the Website does not wish the use of cookies for his/her identification and disables the specific function of his/her browser, it is probable that he/she may not have access to specific pages of the Website.The Website also uses web beacons. Web beacons are small pieces of data that are embedded in images on the Website pages. Web beacons allow the Company to analyse the site's traffic patterns, such as the frequency with which the visitors/users visit various parts of the Website. The beacons’ use may involve the transmission of information either directly to the Company or to another party authorised by the Company to collect information on the Company’s behalf. Web beacons may also be in HTML emails that the Company sends to the visitors/users and are used to determine whether the visitors/users have opened those emails or clicked on their links. Web beacons' information may be collected in a form that is personally identifiable.

Information on issues relating to the Company itself or on matters relating to the Company's scope of work included in the Website (hereinafter “Information”) is provided by the Company and / or third party providers on an “as is” basis, without warranty of accuracy, suitability or completeness stated explicitly or indirectly. If Information is subject to disclaimers, the use of the Information is subject to these disclaimers. The Company and its third party Information providers are not responsible for errors, omissions, or any defects relating to the Information, for delays or interruptions in the transmission of the Information or for any damage caused by the use of the Information.
The content of the Website does not constitute a technical, financial, legal or other advice or encouragement to any act or omission and the Company does not bear any responsibility for the use of the Website. The Company, the third party Information providers and / or any third parties acting on its behalf shall have no liability for any damage caused by the use of the Website in any way.
G. Applicable Law
The present terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute arising from the present terms, including any trial during enforcement procedure or the taking of any provisional measures, is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens, Greece.
